If a deposit was paid, the remaining balance must be settled after the license is issued and before the vehicle is released.
Deliver to Nansha warehouse
After full payment, we deliver the vehicle to the freight forwarder’s warehouse at Guangzhou Nansha Port.
Load and ship by sea
All vehicles are transported by sea and shipped to the customer’s destination port.
Import clearance and collection
After arrival, the customer or an appointed local agent completes import customs clearance and collects the vehicle.
Inspection & follow-up support
Please inspect the vehicle promptly after collection. Contact us via WhatsApp for follow-up assistance with export documents, shipping records, vehicle information and future sourcing.
Payment terms
Shipment is arranged only after full payment. Customers may pay 100% in advance or begin with a 50% deposit. When the export license is ready, the remaining 50% must be paid in full before vehicle release and delivery to the freight forwarder.
Transfer & response time
International online transfers normally take 1–3 business days to reach our account. Processing begins only after the payment is received and confirmed. China is 8 hours ahead of Ghana (UTC+0); time differences for other African countries vary by location. Messages received outside China business hours will be answered as soon as possible.
Ocean freight estimate
Estimated freight-forwarder ocean shipping cost is approximately USD 2,000–2,500 per vehicle. The actual cost depends on the destination port, sailing schedule, vehicle size and shipping arrangement. Preferential rates may be available for multiple vehicles. Confirm the final freight quotation before payment.

Are the website prices fixed?
No. Prices are reference EXW package prices and may change with stock and market conditions. Confirm the latest quotation by WhatsApp.
What does the EXW package include?
It includes the vehicle, export-license service, loading and inland delivery to the freight forwarder’s warehouse at Guangzhou Nansha Port.
When is the vehicle released?
The vehicle is released only after full payment is received. A 50% deposit may start license processing; the balance is due before release.
How much is ocean freight?
The estimated freight-forwarder cost is USD 2,000–2,500 per vehicle. Final cost depends on destination, schedule, vehicle size and quantity.
Who handles customs clearance at destination?
The customer or the customer’s appointed local agent is responsible for import clearance, taxes and vehicle collection at the destination port.
